Bendigo Primary Health Centre

Bendigo Primary Health Centre (GP Super clinic) is a collaboration between three Bendigo organisations, Bendigo Health, Bendigo Community Health Service and Monash University. Funded jointly though the Federal GP Super Clinic’s program for $5 million and the Victorian State Government for just over $3 million, the new centre will build on services already offered by the existing Primary Care Clinic.

The new Bendigo Primary Care Centre in Arnold Street has opened its doors and commenced trading. This was the culmination of many year’s work by the three foundation members; Bendigo Health, Monash University and Bendigo Community Health Services.

The new centre is a great asset to our community and with a focus on primary care and chronic disease management, it is likely to assist in taking some pressure off our Bendigo Health emergency department.
