Public Private Partnership

We welcomed the announcement by Premier Ted Baillieu that the $630 million New Bendigo Hospital will be delivered as a public-private partnership (PPP).

The PPP model will enable the New Bendigo Hospital to be delivered on time and on budget, and represented the best value for Victoria’s taxpayers.

Victoria is a world leader in public private partnerships.

The Royal Children’s Hospital,  Royal Women’s Hospital and Casey Hospital have all been successfully delivered under this model.
